ALUDECK is a formwork system comprised of framing beams, aluminium panels, drop-heads or<br /> fixed-heads and a crevice cover. Drop-heads have a quick-release locking system: the head goes into the prop and gets locked. To unlock, simply drop the prop. Advantages over standard systems include the need for fewer props, reducing assembly time, and increasing manageability. Using the drop heads makes it easy to dismantle, remove and recycle panels and beams in a short time, reducing the amount of materials on-site, and the cost of transport and storage.<br /> The system is made of extremely light, high resistance aluminium. Being a standard-module system, it is not necessary to calculate the distance between props, nor the inter-axe between beams.<br />
