James Tedesco, is not only a professional rugby league footballer who plays as a full back for the Sydney Roosters in the NRL, but a champion player, regarded as one of the best Rugby League players and one of the best fullbacks in the world.
Representing his state of New South Wales, his country of birth, Australia and representing his Italian heritage, playing for Italy in rugby league world cup.
Coming from a hard working family, raised in Menangle, in Sydney’s south west, always dreamt to make the big league one day. Nicknamed ‘Teddy’ he played his junior football with Camden Rams, and made his debut in 2012 for West Tigers and made a name for himself with his boasting electric speed and dazzling footwork and scoring tries.
James Tedesco recently won the player of the series in 2019, in the State of Origin, winning the Wally Lewis Medal.
