ROYAL RIBDEK MODULAR SLAB SYSTEM

ROYALrib dek is a lightweight modular aluminium rib structure. The aluminium ribs have nail insertion points and are spaced 100mm apart, making it safe to walk on when un-sheeted. The rib frame panel is safely secured from below and film faced plywood is fastened on-site with nailing strips to obtain a smooth concrete finish. The nailing strips do not pierce the aluminium with nail holes, increasing its life span.
The design allows for easy extension and patching with LVL between ribs. Ideal for use in exposed, off-form soffit areas such as carparks and balconies, where selected plywood sheeting is fixed on site.The ROYALrib dek may either be used with props and a unique drophead system or on a ROYALframe grid pattern.
