4Mply Formply is a premium plywood made from FSC-certified hardwood timber veneers. Bonded with phenolic formaldehyde resin and topped with a durable, resin-impregnated paper, it provides a smooth class 2 concrete finish. The A-Type Marine bond ensures 4Mply Formply withstands harsh construction conditions and moisture. Its robust phenolic surface and superior outer veneers enhance its durability and reusability.

Manufactured and certified to AS/NZS 6669 structural requirements for Australian formwork applications, 4Mply Formply is ideal for all formwork uses, including decks, walls, columns, stairs, and edges. It delivers a Class 2 off-form finish on the first pour when used with good site and formwork practices as per AS 3610. The plywood edges are sealed with acrylic paint to minimize moisture uptake.

For extended formply life, it’s recommended to use a quality form release oil on the plywood face before each use, supplied by Royal. 4Mply is independently certified to Australian Standards AS/NZS 6669 by Benchmark (BSI Global), with stress grades F14, F17, F22, and F27. The FSC-certified veneers and manufacturing methods further ensure its quality. 4Mply PREMIUM represents the highest grade formply, ideal for high-end projects requiring the ultimate finish.
