When you place an order, create an account, contact us or sign up to our newsletter, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, company name (if you give it), the items you order and the pick-up day and time you choose.

2. How We Use It

- process and manage your order, including your pick-up

- contact you about your order, a return or a question you've asked

- run and improve our website and product range

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (provided by Google) and Meta's business tools (provided by Meta, which runs Facebook and Instagram) to understand how people use our website and to measure our advertising. Meta may link this information to a Facebook or Instagram account you hold, under Meta's own privacy policy. 5. Cookies and Your Choices

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies so the store works (for example, to keep items in your cart) and for the analytics and advertising measurement described above. 6. Who We Share It With

We only share personal information with service providers who help us run our store and business, including Shopify (our online store platform) and its payment partners, Google, Meta, our business management system provider and our email and IT providers. We don't sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

7. Overseas Disclosure

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada.

8. Keeping Your Information Secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
