Terms of service
These terms apply when you use our website, formworksolutions.com.au, and when you place an order through it. The website is operated by Royal Plywood Pty Ltd (ABN 90 057 029 893), trading as Royal Formwork Solutions & Hire ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to orders placed on this website. Equipment hire, trade account purchases and orders made in store or over the phone are arranged directly with our team.
2. Products and Product Information
We work to keep product descriptions, images, pack sizes and prices accurate, but errors can happen. Images are for illustration only, and natural products such as timber and plywood can vary in colour and grain. If you'd like to confirm a detail before you order, call us on (02) 9642 2200.
3. Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices on the website are shown excluding GST, and GST is added at checkout. Where a product is sold in packs, the price and quantity shown are per pack.
4. Orders
Your order confirmation email confirms we've received your order. Our website stock updates from our warehouse system through the day, but occasionally an item may sell out before we can fill your order. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price or description on the website is wrong. If we do, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout, using the payment methods shown. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.
6. Pick-up
Online orders are for pick-up only from our Sydney Trade Centre, 14 Cosgrove Road, Strathfield South NSW 2136. Choose your preferred pick-up day and time in your cart. Pick-up times are Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and photo ID when you collect.
We don't deliver online orders. For delivery, or for products from our Melbourne or Brisbane trade centres, please contact our team.
Ownership of and risk in the goods pass to you when you collect your order.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
9. Using Our Products
Formwork, scaffolding and construction products must be selected, installed and used by suitably qualified people, following the manufacturer's instructions and the relevant Australian Standards and safety requirements. Product information on our website is general and isn't engineering or design advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or delays on site, arising from your use of our website or products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding what you paid for them.
11. Your Account
If you create an account, please keep your login details secure. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.
12. Website Content
The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
