Description
Formstage Transoms provide the primary load-bearing support for each scaffold level. Made by welding two 50 mm × 50 mm angle-iron sections back-to-back into an inverted “T”, they deliver the rigidity and stability needed to carry decks and working platforms safely.
Features + Benefits:
High Load Capacity: Inverted “T” profile efficiently channels platform loads into scaffold standards. Durable Steel Construction: Heavy-gauge, 50 mm angle iron resists bending and on-site impact. Secure Deck Interface: Wide top flange seats scaffold planks firmly, reducing slip risk. Quick Installation: Ends are profiled to drop neatly onto ledgers, speeding erection and dismantle. Corrosion Protection: Hot-dip-galvanised finish (optional) extends service life in harsh weather.
Product Uses:
Supports scaffold decks, formwork tables, and working platforms in construction, maintenance, and industrial shutdown projects.
Pack Size:
Sold individually in standard spans—0.6 m, 0.9 m, 1.2 m, and 1.8 m (custom lengths available on request).
