plasEDGE Flex & Super Flex Hinge Joiners are external corner connectors designed to join two plasEDGE boards while allowing flexible angle adjustment. These hinge joiners easily slide into the ends of plasEDGE Flex or Super Flex boards, creating a secure, repositionable joint. Their hinged design enables the boards to be angled in any direction—ideal for forming curved or angled concrete edges.
Features + Benefits:
Hinged Movement: Allows full directional flexibility for angled or curved formwork setups. Secure Fit: Slides into board ends for a strong, reliable joint with no extra tools needed. Cross-Compatible: Available in Flex-to-Flex, Super Flex-to-Super Flex, and Flex-to-Super Flex variants. Time-Saving Setup: Speeds up corner and edge assembly in complex formwork designs.
Product Uses:
Ideal for connecting plasEDGE boards at corners or where directional change is required. Commonly used in curved slabs, ramps, columns, and angled edge systems in concrete pours.
