ROYALframe60 is a heavy-duty, galvanised steel shoring frame built for demanding formwork applications. With 60mm O.D. legs and a certified Safe Working Load (SWL) of 45kN, it delivers reliable vertical support for high-load concrete structures. Manufactured to Australian Standards, the ROYALframe60 system is designed using the Imperial system (feet and inches), making it ideal for traditional formwork layouts.
Each frame features two horizontal bars and a welded V-brace for structural integrity, while drop latch pins positioned 150mm from the top and bottom (on a 6ft frame) enable secure connection with cross braces. The 1280mm (50.39") frame width offers strong coverage while remaining easy to transport and assemble.
