ROYAL Braces System is a lightweight, metric-based cross bracing system designed to support, space, and stabilise falsework shoring frames such as the ROYALframe60. Constructed from hinged 27mm diameter steel tubes, these braces connect two frames to form a stable tower structure. Each brace is secured at both ends using drop latch pins integrated into the frames for fast and secure installation.
This system is purpose-built to accommodate metric modular slab systems like ROYALdek (1800mm x 900mm) and other aluminium or metal deck systems. It supports deck panel spans of 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm, making it ideal for flexible slab configurations in formwork and propping setups. The ROYALbraces PAFILI system also works with captive hook planks like ROYALformstage for safe access platforms.
